Celebrate the Long Days
Long summer days that feel endless are the perfect backdrop for Raisa’s productivity.
“I’m a hyperactive modern worker, so of course, I can squeeze 40 hours into one single day! I just love getting home with the feeling of a mission accomplished. Whether I’m out on the streets or in the studio, photography is all I think about.”
Raisa loves and believes in her work, making it a true passion project. At the intersection of passion and productivity, she takes on various roles and has a zest for learning new things. This eagerness to learn and develop her skills has helped Raisa take on new projects, develop her own publications, and catch the eyes of leading brands.
“People often ask me, how do I do it? But it’s all about passion, lots of energy, and also some chaotic organisation. So here’s to the long days when there’s time to do everything and work is also fun.”

Celebrate the Process
Naturally, every job or project has its challenges. Always trusting the process, Raisa is pragmatic and tackles the industry’s challenges head-on. She works diligently to get her desired outcome while appreciating the grind behind every great shot. Her work spans beyond the click of her camera, and most of her hard work and dedication happens behind the scenes and out of shot—unseen but never unappreciated.
“It’s the long street missions looking for spots, the long editing nights, the traveling and the networking, the fight to take up space in an industry where nothing comes handed to you.”
The Galicia-born creative admits her best photography happens when she is at the right place at the right time. But she acknowledges that she has to always be on the move, energetic, and ready to seize those moments.
“You wake up every day ready for a new battle. It isn’t easy at times, but it’s important to enjoy every stage of the process.”

Celebrate Your Creative Circle
Possessing the skills and experience to create art is one thing, but forming a community of like-minded individuals is key for any successful creative. Raisa views collaboration as the fuel to her creative fire, always striving to work with other artists, skaters, and creators. Her friends are her biggest inspiration.
“It’s so important for me to surround myself with talented people who align with my values, who are resilient, dedicated, hardworking, and good at what they do - people who believe in me as much as I believe in them. I feel like, together, we could change the world.”
To Raisa, there’s no better place to foster a community of like-minded collaborators than Barcelona. The vibrant art and architecture hub is full of talented people from all over the world, making it the perfect city for creating and making art 24/7. Raisa is proud of her community and always seeks opportunities to give back to those who lift her up.
“An opportunity for me is an opportunity for my friends, always! We all have dreams and a will to get things done.”
